Sales Recovery Specialist – Pet Supplements

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Reach out to customers who experienced difficulties with their purchases or left items in their carts.

• Reconnect with customers and assist them in finalizing their purchases.

• Educate pet owners on the most suitable products for their dog's specific needs.

• Provide answers to questions and alleviate doubts with clarity and compassion.

• Convert warm leads into successful sales by fostering trust and addressing concerns.

• Turn potential buyers into loyal, repeat customers.

• Collaborate closely with the management team and utilize training resources.

• Embody Tribe's values and uphold brand integrity.

• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and avoid overpromising or making unverified claims.

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly motivated self-starter driven by growth opportunities and a commitment to sales excellence.

• Possess knowledge, experience, or a strong passion for health and wellness.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to forge authentic connections.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours daily) starting at either 8 AM CST or 12 PM CST.

• Reliable internet connection and appropriate equipment.

• A fast and dependable laptop or desktop computer equipped with a working microphone, camera, and headset.

• Ethernet connection is strongly preferred.

• Minimum dedicated bandwidth of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

• Latency should be approximately 150ms or lower.

• Jitter should remain around 30ms or lower.

• Packet loss must be under approximately 1%.

• Commitment to adhering to regulatory requirements and selling ethically.
