This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +5 more states.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Repligen’s OEM division within the fluid management sector.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize OEMs that have the potential to integrate Repligen's fluid management products and technologies into their systems.
• Build and nurture relationships with key OEM decision-makers in engineering, R&D, procurement, operations, product management, and executive leadership.
• Create and sustain an OEM opportunity pipeline from the initial concept phase through technical assessment, qualification, commercialization, and ongoing supply.
• Drive the acquisition of new customers while enhancing business with current OEM partners.
• Pinpoint opportunities for Repligen products to be specified or designed into OEM systems.
• Forge long-term strategic alliances with important OEM accounts.
• Develop account strategies that highlight revenue opportunities, product penetration, new applications, and upcoming platform launches.
• Comprehend OEM product roadmaps and identify opportunities early in the equipment development process.
• Negotiate commercial contracts, pricing, forecasts, supply agreements, and other business terms with Repligen leadership.
• Oversee customer satisfaction and proactively address commercial or technical challenges.
• Maintain precise forecasts and convey OEM business opportunities and risks to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, sourcing, quality, and commercial teams to position Repligen as a preferred technology and component supplier.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, business, or a related discipline.
• Experience with single-use technologies, consumables, filtration, chromatography, fluid management, or bioprocess systems.
• Over 5 years of experience in bioprocessing, life sciences, biotechnology, or equivalent industrial markets; ideally in an OEM capacity.
• Experience selling to or collaborating with OEMs, system integrators, equipment manufacturers, or technology partners.
• Capability to comprehend complex technical requirements and translate them into commercially viable solutions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient at working effectively within a matrixed organization and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30–50%, including international travel, for customer meetings and industry events.
