Sales Recovery Specialist – Pet Supplements

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Reach out to customers who experienced issues during their purchase or left items in their carts.

• Re-engage customers to assist them in completing their purchases.

• Aid pet owners in identifying the appropriate products for their dog's requirements.

• Provide answers to questions and eliminate doubts with clarity and compassion.

• Convert warm leads into finalized sales by establishing trust and addressing concerns.

• Transform potential buyers into devoted, repeat customers.

• Collaborate closely with the management team and utilize training resources to excel in sales and embody Tribe's ethos.

• Adhere to regulatory standards and conduct sales ethically, avoiding overpromises and unverified claims.

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly motivated self-starter driven by growth prospects and success in sales.

• Knowledge, background, or enthusiasm for health and wellness.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours a day, starting at either 8 AM CST or 12 PM CST.

• Dependable internet connection and equipment.

• Fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer equipped with a functioning microphone, camera, and headset.

• Ethernet connection is highly preferred.

• Minimum dedicated bandwidth of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

• Latency should be under approximately 150ms.

• Jitter should be under approximately 30ms.

• Packet loss should be below approximately 1%.

• Capability to support frequent phone and video calls with clear, uninterrupted communication.
