Sales Recovery Specialist – Pet Supplements

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Reach out to customers who have faced issues with their purchases or have abandoned their shopping carts.

• Re-engage customers and assist them in finalizing their purchases.

• Aid pet owners in understanding the products that best meet their dogs’ needs.

• Address questions and alleviate concerns with clarity and care.

• Convert warm leads into successful sales by fostering trust and addressing any objections.

• Turn potential buyers into loyal, repeat customers.

• Collaborate closely with management and utilize training resources to enhance sales skills and embody Tribe’s ethos.

• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and avoid making exaggerated claims or promises.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to commit to 40 hours per week (8 hours a day), starting at either 8 AM CST or 12 PM CST.

• Dependable internet connection and equipment.

• A fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer equipped with a working microphone, camera, and headset.

• An Ethernet connection is strongly preferred.

• Minimum dedicated bandwidth of 10 Mbps for download and 5 Mbps for upload.

• Latency should be approximately 150ms or lower.

• Jitter should be approximately 30ms or lower.

• Packet loss should be approximately 1% or lower.

• A highly motivated self-starter driven by opportunities for growth and sales performance.

• Knowledge, background, or enthusiasm for health and wellness.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to establish genuine connections.

• Must have frequent access to phone and video calling capabilities.

• Willingness to comply with regulatory requirements and ethical sales practices.
