Sales Recovery Specialist – Pet Supplements

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lebanon.

📋 Description

• Contact customers who experienced difficulties with their purchases or left items in their carts.

• Re-engage with customers to assist them in finalizing their purchases.

• Advise pet owners in choosing the right products for their dogs' requirements.

• Provide clear and compassionate answers to questions, alleviating any uncertainties.

• Convert interested leads into completed sales by fostering trust and addressing concerns.

• Turn potential buyers into loyal, repeat customers.

• Collaborate closely with the management team and utilize training resources effectively.

• Uphold Tribe's values while selling in an ethical manner and adhering to regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to commit to 40 hours per week (8 hours daily).

• Availability to begin work at either 8 AM CST or 12 PM CST.

• Dependable internet connection and necessary equipment.

• Fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer equipped with a functioning microphone, camera, and headset.

• Ethernet connection is highly preferred.

• Minimum dedicated bandwidth of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

• Latency should ideally be under 150ms.

• Jitter should ideally be under 30ms.

• Packet loss should ideally be under 1%.

• Self-motivated individual driven by growth opportunities and a passion for sales excellence.

• Knowledge, experience, or enthusiasm for health and wellness.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
