Sales Recovery Specialist – Pet Supplements

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

📋 Description

• Connect with customers who have faced issues during their purchases or left items in their carts.

• Re-engage customers and assist them in finalizing their purchases.

• Direct pet owners to products that meet their dogs’ specific needs.

• Address inquiries and alleviate any uncertainties regarding purchases.

• Convert interested leads into successful sales.

• Establish trust, tackle objections, and highlight the value of products.

• Turn potential buyers into loyal, repeat customers.

• Collaborate with management and utilize training resources to enhance sales effectiveness.

• Uphold Tribe’s values while adhering to regulatory standards and engaging in ethical selling practices.

• Avoid making exaggerated claims about product capabilities or presenting unverified information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly motivated self-starter driven by opportunities for growth and excellence in sales.

• Familiarity, background, or enthusiasm for health and wellness.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week, with 8-hour daily shifts.

• Flexibility to begin work at either 8 AM CST or 12 PM CST.

• Dependable internet connection and necessary equipment.

• Fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer equipped with a functional microphone, camera, and headset.

• Ethernet connection is strongly preferred.

• Minimum dedicated bandwidth of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

• Latency should be approximately under 150 ms.

• Jitter should remain under about 30 ms.

• Packet loss should be maintained at under 1%.

• Capability to conduct clear and uninterrupted phone and video calls.
