This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Conduct technical visits with users of products marketed by ZEN.

• Administer the standard questionnaire established by management to gather essential information considered relevant by the company.

• Prepare written reports, including images and photos where applicable, to communicate key information collected during visits to the sales team.

• Deliver both commercial and technical presentations to product users, counter staff, and sales personnel at customer locations.

• Ensure the effectiveness of commercial initiatives with distributors.

• Support continuous revenue growth by providing market insights to aid in the expansion of current product lines and the pursuit of new ones.

• Identify and report on new prospects for customer acquisition to consistently boost revenue and market share.

• Discover new business opportunities in the market and strategies to enhance sales of existing products.

• Research products and/or information as per departmental requirements.

• Completed or ongoing higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Sales, Foreign Trade, or a related area.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Valid Category B driver’s license.

• Willingness to travel for two weeks each month.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

• Technical knowledge of automotive repair is a plus.
