Sales Outbound Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and seek out new opportunities within churches.

• Cultivate relationships with current churches to enhance and support their ministry needs using Lifeway resources.

• Foster and expand connections with church accounts throughout a designated territory through proactive sales via phone, email, and video conferencing.

• Build relationships with ministry stakeholders, including Senior Pastors, Worship Pastors, and Small Groups Pastors, to comprehend their needs and maximize resource accessibility.

• Target and convert new church prospects assigned as leads in Salesforce by employing a strategic sales approach.

• Design and uphold territory sales strategies to achieve or surpass monthly and annual revenue objectives.

• Recommend Lifeway resources, events, and services through a question-driven consultative methodology.

• Stay informed about Lifeway print and digital offerings through continuous training and product knowledge acquisition.

• Keep precise Salesforce records, document sales activities in real time, and relay customer feedback.

• Collaborate with Customer Success and Outbound Field teams to broaden territory reach and enhance ministry effectiveness.

• Achieve or exceed quarterly sales goals in line with overall revenue targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma is required.

• Minimum of 1 year of direct sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Active participation in an evangelical Christian church.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong consultative and active listening abilities, with the capacity to customize solutions to meet individual customer requirements.

• Proficient in navigating multiple software platforms concurrently.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Highly receptive to coaching and adaptable to feedback, process modifications, and new product information.

• Experience with Microsoft Suite, Oracle, and/or Salesforce CRM is preferred.

• Previous exposure to a church, ministry, or faith-based organization is preferred.

• Familiarity with Lifeway resources, Bible study curriculum, or church ministry products is preferred.

• Fully bilingual and fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is preferred.
