This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Commercial leadership to create compensation plans that align with the company strategy.
• Simulate payout outcomes for proposed plans and SPIFFs in conjunction with the RevOps leader and CFO.
• Evaluate plan designs for manageability and understanding by representatives.
• Assist with analytics related to the book of business and territory.
• Set up and test plan configurations in CaptivateIQ.
• Keep plan documentation updated in Notion.
• Oversee quotas, plan issuance, acknowledgments, and onboarding of new hires.
• Manage the monthly commission cycle using CaptivateIQ.
• Reconcile data related to deals, renewals, and rosters.
• Calculate payouts for all plans and provide verified files for Finance approval.
• Assess ramp-up and achievement metrics for AE, AM, CSM, SDR, Solutions, and leadership teams.
• Take responsibility for regular attainment reporting utilized by leadership.
• Address GTM payout inquiries and data questions, resolving discrepancies at their source.
• Manage exceptions such as deal transitions and assist managers in reviewing their teams’ plans.
• Lead the territory design for the commercial organization, which includes scenario modeling, structural recommendations, and updates to segment definitions.
• 3–6 years of experience in sales compensation, commission administration, or revenue operations within a high-growth SaaS company.
• Direct experience managing an incentive compensation platform.
• CaptivateIQ is highly preferred; experience with Xactly, Varicent, Spiff, or Everstage is also relevant.
• Proficient understanding of quotas, rates, tiers, accelerators, kickers, draws, splits, and clawbacks.
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Capability to reconcile imperfect data across CRM, CPQ, ERP, and HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of SQL is advantageous.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Comfort with ongoing hard deadlines and incorporating AI tools into daily tasks.
