This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Improve partner operations, enabling partner managers and sales teams to maximize revenue.
• Focus on enhancing sales efficiency and effectiveness through strategic consulting, project management, and tactical assistance.
• Lead various strategic initiatives in partnership with GTM leaders across different departments.
• Address operational needs to ensure smooth integration and support for partner strategies.
• Collaborate with the established Sales Operations team to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Work alongside team members to recommend, prioritize, and manage strategic initiatives that drive revenue.
• Identify inefficiencies in sales systems and provide solutions to improve partnership workflows.
• Ensure the successful completion of projects while maintaining quality and fostering adoption.
• Streamline processes through automation and implement new tools effectively.
• Offer front-line support to partner teams by addressing sales support tickets and requests.
• Oversee the sales tech stack, including its implementation and optimization.
• 2-4 years of direct experience in Sales Operations, including Partner Operations, ideally in a SaaS setting.
• Experience with partner sales, including resellers, brokers, and referral partners.
• A strong tendency to seek out and leverage data for decision-making rather than relying solely on intuition.
• Proven ability to independently manage tasks and projects, driving them to successful completion.
• A strong focus on achieving results, understanding that daily responsibilities contribute to overarching goals.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts and inspire change without direct authority.
• Prioritize work based on actual impact and be willing to challenge stakeholders on the necessity of actions (beyond simply executing orders).
• Previous experience with Salesforce or another CRM, such as HubSpot.
• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to oversee complex initiatives from inception to conclusion while prioritizing effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
