This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the vital link between Product and Sales by converting the product roadmap and feature launches into messaging and training suitable for sales.
• Relay field feedback to Product and Product Marketing teams.
• Perform needs assessments to pinpoint skill and knowledge deficits within the Sales team.
• Develop and implement onboarding, product certification, and ongoing learning initiatives.
• Offer coaching and reinforcement to support behavior change and decrease ramp time for new representatives.
• Maintain the consistency and quality of sales messaging.
• Convert Product Marketing positioning, messaging, and content into training, tools, and resources for the Sales team.
• Create and update competitive battlecards and objection-handling guides.
• Conduct win/loss analyses and incorporate insights into training priorities and Product Marketing strategies.
• Empower resellers and account managers to clearly and consistently convey SavvyMoney's value.
• Utilize CMS and CRM systems to distribute content, track adoption, and report on tool usage, content effectiveness, and sales activities.
• Evaluate sales performance from lead generation to closing and compute the ROI of enablement initiatives.
• Aim to reduce ramp time for new representatives by 30%.
• Organize cross-functional meetings involving Sales, Product Marketing, Product, and Growth Marketing teams.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field; experience in financial services or fintech is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and managing sales training and onboarding programs.
• Background in conducting competitive research and converting findings into sales-facing materials.
• Experience in designing instructional or curriculum-based training content.
• Proficient in Salesforce.
• Familiarity with CMS/sales enablement platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, or Allego.
• Strong ability to build consensus and navigate conflicting priorities across sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Excellent project management and time management capabilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• A strategic, data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience in B2B or B2B2C SaaS is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
