
Sales Operations Lead – Strategic Initiatives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage operations for key industry events, encompassing registration, logistics for speakers and sponsors, attendee experience, post-event surveys, analytics, and coordination across departments.
• Develop playbooks and templates for the swift launch of new flagship events.
• Facilitate entry into new verticals by establishing operational cadence and reporting infrastructure, setting up event presence, and overseeing the initial 12 months of operational ramp-up.
• Oversee the product input process between Principals and Product/Engineering, monitoring inputs through commitment, status, and customer feedback resolution.
• Maintain portfolio reporting and dashboard infrastructure, including pipeline rollups, vertical KPIs, strategic account deal velocity, and executive reporting data feeds.
• Conduct weekly team operating reviews, quarterly business reviews, and executive presentations.
• Create operational systems for CRM hygiene, asset libraries, knowledge management, project management, and collaboration tools.
• Act as the operational liaison between Strategic Initiatives and Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Enhance external presence through preparation for analyst engagement, customer and partner meeting briefings, and coordination of speaking engagements.
• Report directly to the Head of Strategic Initiatives and collaborate with vertical Principals.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or strategy roles within B2B software, industrial software, or technology sectors.
• Background in management consulting.
• Proven ownership of operational systems, KPI reporting infrastructure, and cross-functional programs beyond mere project coordination.
• Strong analytical abilities, including advanced skills in Excel/Sheets.
• Proficient with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Proficient with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, Looker, Sigma, or equivalent.
• Capable of creating dashboards and pipeline rollups without engineering assistance.
• Experience in producing or managing operations for significant industry events, executive briefings, or large customer-facing initiatives.
• Expertise in managing cross-functional programs across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
• Familiarity with industrial automation, OT, SCADA, or similar industries.
• Strong writing and presentation skills to independently create executive-ready materials.
• Proven track record as an independent senior contributor, managing major workstreams without direct supervision and prioritizing multiple demands.
• Remote position with the willingness to travel domestically and internationally to customer locations, corporate headquarters, and industry events.
• Bilingual in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Must reside within the United States and possess legal authorization to work throughout the duration of employment.
