This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and evaluate sales incentive programs that enhance performance and align with organizational goals.

• Oversee the monthly execution of Sales Incentive Plans under the guidance of the Senior Manager, Sales Operations.

• Validate performance outcomes and commission calculations.

• Complete reconciliations, audits, payout validations, and documentation prior to payroll processing.

• Investigate and document commission disputes, adjustments, and exceptions; resolve standard issues and escalate more complex matters.

• Maintain records of compensation, calculation logic, approvals, and controls that are ready for audit.

• Provide data, modeling, and scenario analysis for plan updates and future designs.

• Monitor data quality and suggest enhancements to ensure compensation accuracy, transparency, scalability, and efficiency.

• Manage dashboards, scorecards, recurring reports, and business intelligence resources.

• Analyze sales performance, quota attainment, productivity, pipeline, customer, market, and trend data.

• Prepare reports and analyses for weekly, monthly, and executive performance reviews.

• Assist in revenue planning, seller productivity, resource allocation, commercial decisions, ad hoc analyses, and revenue strategy initiatives.

• Support quota deployment, territory alignment, account assignments, capacity analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement.

• Maintain planning files, assumptions, outputs, and documentation.

• Document Sales Operations processes, controls, data definitions, and ownership requirements.

• Facilitate automation, system enhancements, testing, and implementation across Salesforce, reporting platforms, and Sales Operations workflows.

• Coordinate activities and projects with Sales, Account Management, Finance, Payroll, HR, IT, and other stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, Incentive Compensation, Business Operations, or a similar analytical role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, lookups, and complex formulas.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data-reconciliation, and quality-control skills.

• Experience in developing or maintaining business reports, dashboards, or performance analyses.

• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms is preferred.

• Knowledge of sales planning, quota management, territory design, forecasting, and incentive compensation processes is preferred.

• Experience in supporting process improvement, automation, system testing, or implementation activities is preferred.

• Background in logistics, transportation, distribution, or a fast-paced B2B environment is preferred.

• Must understand and comply with OnTrac’s Acceptable Use policy and security guidelines.

• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, documentation, and follow-through.

• Clear communication and effective collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups.

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive business and compensation information with appropriate discretion.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment within established procedures.
