This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the monthly implementation of Sales Incentive Plans under the guidance of the Senior Manager, Sales Operations.
• Confirm performance results and commission calculations.
• Conduct reconciliations, audits, payout validations, and documentation prior to payroll processing.
• Investigate and document commission disputes, adjustments, and exceptions; resolve standard issues and escalate more complex problems.
• Maintain records of compensation, calculation logic, approvals, and controls that are ready for audits.
• Provide data, modeling, and scenario analyses for plan updates and future designs.
• Monitor data quality and suggest enhancements to improve compensation accuracy, transparency, scalability, and efficiency.
• Keep dashboards, scorecards, recurring reports, and business intelligence resources updated.
• Analyze data related to sales performance, quota achievement, productivity, pipeline, customers, markets, and trends.
• Prepare reports, insights, and analyses for weekly, monthly, and executive performance reviews.
• Assist in revenue planning, seller productivity, resource allocation, and commercial decision-making.
• Support quota distribution, territory alignment, account assignments, capacity analysis, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
• Provide modeling and impact analysis for growth planning, market prioritization, go-to-market initiatives, organizational changes, market expansion, and sales programs.
• Maintain planning files, including assumptions, outputs, and documentation.
• Enhance seller productivity, market coverage, and sales effectiveness.
• Document Sales Operations processes, controls, data definitions, and ownership requirements.
• Identify process gaps, manual efforts, and control risks.
• Facilitate automation, system enhancements, testing, and implementation throughout Salesforce, reporting platforms, and Sales Operations workflows.
• Coordinate activities and projects with Sales, Account Management, Finance, Payroll, HR, IT, and other partners until resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, Incentive Compensation, Business Operations, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, lookups, and advanced formulas.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, data reconciliation, and quality control skills.
• Experience in developing or maintaining business reports, dashboards, or performance analyses.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of sales planning, quota management, territory design, forecasting, and incentive compensation processes is preferred.
• Experience in supporting process improvements, automation, system testing, or implementation activities is preferred.
• Background in logistics, transportation, distribution, or a high-growth B2B environment is preferred.

• Clear communication and effectiveness in working across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Discretion when managing confidential and sensitive business and compensation information.
