Sales Operations Associate II

📋 Description

• Oversee inquiries related to new business development.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team on initiatives and content aimed at business development outreach.

• Manage and nurture inbound leads in partnership with Marketing and Sales Development.

• Organize sales territories and support the creation of territory plans and strategies.

• Offer business development assistance, including completing RFIs and coordinating CDAs.

• Monitor and manage Clinical Solutions and Translational Sciences activities within Salesforce.

• Keep updated records of accounts, opportunities, contacts, and leads.

• Identify, implement, and oversee business development process initiatives.

• Collaborate on planning meetings and events, as well as managing travel for trade shows and other occasions.

• Participate in trade shows and other events as required.

• Deliver weekly reports on business development achievements and convey data to the Executive Team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or its international equivalent) along with 2 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of experience in a business development role within a CRO environment.

• High proficiency in Salesforce and its reporting capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A strong drive and determination to meet and surpass targets and quotas.

• Professionalism, adaptability, and motivation, along with an understanding of the sales cycle.

• Ability to recognize customer pain points and challenges.

• Capability to work effectively under pressure, remain organized, multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

• Skill in fostering and maintaining productive internal and external relationships.

• Familiarity with Strategic Development processes and relevant Precision for Medicine SOPs and systems.

• Competence in resolving project-related issues and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.

• Willingness to attend trade shows and other events as necessary.
