This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia, +5 more countries.
• Oversee inquiries related to new business development.
• Collaborate with Marketing to utilize initiatives and content for outreach in business development.
• Work alongside Marketing and Sales Development to evaluate or nurture incoming leads.
• Organize sales territories and assist in formulating territory plans and strategies.
• Provide assistance to the Business Development team, including completion of RFIs and coordination of CDAs.
• Monitor and manage activities related to Clinical Solutions and Translational Sciences in Salesforce.
• Maintain records of accounts, opportunities, contacts, and leads.
• Identify, implement, and oversee new processes for business development.
• Collaborate with Business Development in planning meetings and events, as well as travel to trade shows.
• Attend trade shows and other relevant events as required.
• Deliver weekly reports on business development successes and relay related data to the Executive Team.
• Bachelor’s degree (or its international equivalent) along with 2 years of relevant experience, or 8+ years of experience in a business development role within a CRO environment.
• High proficiency in the Salesforce application and its reporting capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of the sales cycle.
• Capacity to listen and recognize customer pain points and challenges.
• Ability to perform under pressure, remain organized, multitask, prioritize, manage time efficiently, and handle administrative tasks.
• Skill in developing and sustaining effective internal and external relationships.
• Familiarity with Strategic Development processes and relevant Precision for Medicine SOPs and systems.
• Capability to resolve project-related issues and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Skill in evaluating and enhancing process efficiency.
• Professional demeanor, punctuality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain positive interactions with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
