Sales Operations Associate II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee inquiries related to new business development

• Collaborate with Marketing on initiatives and content aimed at business development outreach

• Work alongside Marketing and Sales Development to manage or nurture incoming leads

• Organize sales territories and support the development of territory strategies and plans

• Provide assistance in business development, which includes completing RFIs and coordinating CDAs

• Monitor and manage Clinical Solutions and Translational Sciences activities within Salesforce

• Keep account, opportunity, contact, and lead records up to date

• Identify, establish, and oversee new business development processes

• Collaborate with Business Development on planning meetings and events, as well as travel to trade shows

• Participate in trade shows and additional events as required

• Deliver weekly reports on business development successes and relay data to the Executive Team

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent internationally) along with 2 years of relevant experience, or over 8 years of experience in a business development role within a CRO environment

• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and its reporting capabilities

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Familiarity with the sales cycle

• Capability to identify customer pain points and challenges

• Ability to work effectively under pressure, remain organized, multitask, prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and address administrative tasks

• Skill in developing and maintaining strong internal and external relationships

• Practical knowledge of Strategic Development processes and relevant Precision for Medicine SOPs and systems

• Competence in resolving project-related issues and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines

• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a team setting

• Familiarity with IT tools and systems, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
