Sales Operations Associate II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee inquiries related to new business development.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to utilize initiatives and content for business development outreach.

• Work alongside Marketing and Sales Development to manage or nurture incoming leads.

• Assist in coordinating sales territories and formulating territory plans and strategies.

• Offer support to the Business Development team, including completing RFIs and coordinating CDAs.

• Monitor and manage Clinical Solutions and Translational Sciences activities within Salesforce.

• Keep records of accounts, opportunities, contacts, and leads updated.

• Recognize, implement, and oversee new initiatives for the business development process.

• Collaborate with the Business Development team in planning meetings and events, including travel to trade shows.

• Attend trade shows and other events as necessary.

• Provide weekly updates on business development successes and relay relevant data to the Executive Team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or its international equivalent) plus 2 years of relevant experience, or over 8 years in a business development role within a CRO environment.

• High proficiency in Salesforce and its reporting capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• A strong drive and determination to achieve and surpass targets and quotas.

• Must be adaptable, professional, motivated, and have a thorough understanding of the sales cycle.

• Capable of listening and identifying customer pain points and challenges.

• Ability to perform under pressure, remain organized, multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively, and attend to administrative details.

• Proven ability to foster and sustain effective relationships both internally and externally.

• Familiarity with Strategic Development processes and relevant SOPs and systems at Precision for Medicine.

• Skills to resolve project-related issues and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team setting.

• Capacity to make proactive evaluations to enhance process efficiency.

• Strong proficiency with IT tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
