Sales Operations Associate II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee inquiries related to new business development.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to utilize initiatives and content for outreach in business development.

• Work alongside Marketing and Sales Development to evaluate or nurture incoming leads.

• Organize sales territories and support the creation of territory plans and strategies aimed at achieving customer and revenue growth objectives.

• Offer support to the business development team, including completing RFIs and coordinating CDAs.

• Monitor and manage activities related to Clinical Solutions and Translational Sciences within Salesforce.

• Keep account, opportunity, contact, and lead records updated in Salesforce.

• Discover, implement, and manage new process initiatives for business development.

• Collaborate with the Business Development team on planning meetings and events, as well as traveling to trade shows and other engagements.

• Participate in trade shows and other events as required.

• Deliver weekly reports on business development successes and relay pertinent data to the Executive Team.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree (or its international equivalent) along with 2 years of relevant experience, or over 8 years of experience in a business development role within a CRO environment.

• Advanced proficiency in the Salesforce application and its reporting capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with the sales cycle.

• Capacity to listen and identify customer pain points and challenges.

• Ability to perform under pressure, stay organized, multitask, prioritize, manage time efficiently, and handle administrative details.

• Skill in building and maintaining effective internal and external relationships.

• Knowledge of Strategic Development processes and relevant SOPs and systems at Precision for Medicine.

• Competence in resolving project-related issues and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a collaborative team setting.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.

• Adaptable, professional, motivated, and capable of meeting and exceeding targets and quotas.
