Sales Operations Associate II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee inquiries related to new business development.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team on business development outreach initiatives and content creation.

• Work in conjunction with Marketing and Sales Development to manage and nurture incoming leads.

• Organize sales territories and assist in developing territory plans and strategies.

• Provide support to the business development team, including completing RFIs and coordinating CDAs.

• Track and manage Clinical Solutions and Translational Sciences activities within Salesforce.

• Maintain records for accounts, opportunities, contacts, and leads.

• Identify, implement, and oversee improvements to the business development processes.

• Assist with planning meetings and events, as well as managing travel for trade shows.

• Participate in trade shows and other events as necessary.

• Deliver weekly reports on business development successes and communicate relevant data to the Executive Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or its international equivalent) along with 2 years of relevant experience, or 8+ years of experience in a business development role within a CRO environment.

• High proficiency in Salesforce and its reporting capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of the sales cycle.

• Ability to pinpoint customer pain points and challenges.

• Capacity to work under pressure, remain organized, multitask, prioritize effectively, manage time well, and attend to administrative details.

• Skill in building and maintaining productive internal and external relationships.

• Familiarity with Strategic Development processes and relevant Precision for Medicine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and systems.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
