Sales Operations Associate II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee inquiries related to new business development.

• Collaborate with Marketing on initiatives and content for outreach in business development.

• Work alongside Marketing and Sales Development to manage and nurture incoming leads.

• Assist in coordinating sales territories and formulating territory plans and strategies.

• Provide support for business development activities, including completing RFIs and coordinating CDAs.

• Monitor and manage activities related to Clinical Solutions and Translational Sciences in Salesforce.

• Keep records of accounts, opportunities, contacts, and leads up to date.

• Identify, implement, and oversee new processes for business development.

• Collaborate with the Business Development team in planning meetings and events, as well as traveling to trade shows.

• Attend trade shows and other relevant events as required.

• Deliver weekly reports on business development achievements and share insights with the Executive Team.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree (or its international equivalent) along with 2 years of relevant experience, or over 8 years of experience in a business development role within a CRO environment.

• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and its reporting capabilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with the sales cycle.

• Ability to recognize customer pain points and challenges.

• Capacity to perform under pressure while remaining organized, multitasking, prioritizing effectively, managing time efficiently, and attending to administrative tasks.

• Proficient in fostering and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.

• Knowledge of Strategic Development processes and relevant Precision for Medicine SOPs and systems.

• Capability to resolve project-related issues and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Skill in making proactive evaluations to enhance process efficiency.

• Professional demeanor, punctuality, interpersonal skills, and ability to maintain positive interactions with stakeholders.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
