Sales Operations Associate II

📋 Description

• Oversee inquiries related to new business development

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to utilize initiatives and content for outreach in business development

• Work alongside Marketing and Sales Development to assess or nurture incoming leads

• Assist in coordinating sales territories and formulating territory plans and strategies with Sales Development partners

• Provide direct support for the business development team, including completing RFIs and coordinating CDAs

• Monitor and manage Clinical Solutions and Translational Sciences activities within Salesforce

• Keep records updated for accounts, opportunities, contacts, and leads related to pertinent opportunities

• Recognize, implement, and oversee new initiatives in the business development process

• Collaborate with the Business Development team on planning meetings and events, as well as traveling to trade shows

• Participate in trade shows and other events as necessary

• Deliver weekly reports on business development achievements and share relevant data with the Executive Team


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or its international equivalent) plus 2 years of relevant experience, or over 8 years of experience in a business development role within a CRO environment

• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and its reporting capabilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Strong drive and determination to achieve and surpass targets and quotas

• Flexibility, professionalism, and motivation; comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle

• Capability to listen and identify customer pain points and challenges

• Ability to work effectively under pressure, stay organized, handle multiple tasks, prioritize duties, manage time efficiently, and pay attention to administrative details

• Skill in building and maintaining effective internal and external relationships

• Familiarity with Strategic Development processes and relevant Precision for Medicine SOPs and systems

• Aptitude for resolving project-related issues and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines

• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team setting

• Commitment to continuous improvement and proactive evaluations of process efficiency

• Professional demeanor, punctuality, strong interpersonal skills, and reliability in fulfilling commitments

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
