Sales Operations Associate II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee inquiries related to new business development.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to utilize initiatives and content aimed at business development outreach.

• Work alongside Marketing and Sales Development to assess or nurture incoming leads.

• Organize sales territories and assist in developing territory plans and strategies.

• Offer business development assistance, including the completion of RFIs and coordination of CDAs.

• Monitor Clinical Solutions and Translational Sciences activities within Salesforce.

• Keep account, opportunity, contact, and lead records up to date.

• Identify, execute, and oversee new processes for business development.

• Aid in planning business development meetings and events, including travel coordination.

• Participate in trade shows and other relevant events as necessary.

• Deliver weekly reports on business development successes and relay data to the Executive Team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent international qualification) coupled with 2 years of relevant experience, or over 8 years of experience in a business development role within a CRO environment.

• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and its reporting functionalities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with the sales cycle.

• Ability to listen actively and identify customer pain points and challenges.

• Capacity to perform under pressure, remain organized, multitask, prioritize, manage time efficiently, and pay attention to administrative details.

• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective internal and external relationships.

• Working knowledge of Strategic Development processes and relevant Precision for Medicine SOPs and systems.

• Proficiency in resolving project-related issues and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as in a team setting.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
