This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary, +5 more countries.
• Oversee inquiries related to new business development.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to utilize initiatives and content for outreach in business development.
• Work alongside Marketing and Sales Development to manage or nurture incoming leads.
• Assist in organizing sales territories and formulating territory plans and strategies in partnership with Sales Development colleagues.
• Provide direct support to the Business Development team, which includes completing RFIs and coordinating CDAs.
• Monitor and manage Clinical Solutions and Translational Sciences activities within Salesforce.
• Keep account, opportunity, contact, and lead records updated in Salesforce.
• Identify, implement, and oversee new initiatives for the business development process.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team on planning meetings, events, and travel logistics.
• Attend trade shows and other relevant events as required.
• Deliver weekly reports on business development successes and share pertinent data with the Executive Team.
• A Bachelor’s degree (or its international equivalent) plus 2 years of relevant experience, or over 8 years of experience in a business development role within a CRO environment.
• High proficiency in Salesforce and its reporting capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong drive and determination to meet and surpass targets and quotas.
• Flexible, professional, motivated, and capable of understanding the sales cycle.
• Skilled in identifying customer pain points and challenges.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, stay organized, multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage administrative details.
• Capability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
• Familiarity with Strategic Development processes and relevant SOPs and systems at Precision for Medicine.
• Competence in resolving project-related issues and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and process efficiency.
• Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
