This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate recurring bookings, pipeline, and forecast reports for sales leadership and the executive team.
• Assist in the monthly sales reporting package and enhance the closing cycle.
• Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for weekly sales reviews and forecasting.
• Develop reporting on win rate, conversion, and pipeline health for senior leadership and Board-level review.
• Analyze pipeline and performance trends to uncover risks and opportunities.
• Identify and rectify inconsistencies in reported data prior to distribution.
• Provide ad hoc analysis for sales, finance, and executive stakeholders.
• Offer daily Salesforce support for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams.
• Ensure data cleanliness and accuracy across opportunity, account, and pipeline records.
• Validate booking values and deal information.
• Reconcile reported bookings with Finance systems of record.
• Document opportunity data flow and identify any data-quality issues.
• Assist with Salesforce enhancements, testing, and user training.
• Transition reporting from manual spreadsheets to Salesforce and modern BI tools.
• Establish scalable and repeatable reporting processes.
• Aid in reporting and analytics for strategic go-to-market initiatives.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, FP&A, or a similar analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
• Practical experience with Salesforce in building reports and dashboards and managing data quality.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate findings effectively.
• Capability to manage recurring reporting processes involving multiple stakeholders and strict deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presenting findings to senior leadership.
• High attention to detail and a personal commitment to data accuracy.
• Familiarity with Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker (preferred).
• SQL or data querying skills (preferred).
• Working knowledge of SaaS revenue metrics such as ARR, net revenue retention, pipeline velocity, win rate, and bookings (preferred).
• Experience in supporting a sales forecasting process (preferred).
• Exposure to territory design, quota setting, or go-to-market planning (preferred).
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment (preferred).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship may be required now or in the future.
