📋 Description

• Engage with AI-prequalified leads using the Power Dialer for four hours daily.

• Initiate conversations with confidence, spark interest, and qualify potential leads.

• Address objections such as “I don’t have time,” “There’s no need,” and “Send me something.”

• Arrange appointments for Setters that meet qualification criteria.

• Precisely record calls and appointments in Close CRM.

• Guarantee that scheduled appointments are honored.

• Native-level proficiency in German – mandatory.

• A confident, friendly, and relaxed demeanor while on the phone.

• Excellent skills in handling objections.

• Background in telesales, appointment setting, or customer service via phone.

• High expectations for appointment quality.

• Dependable and self-motivated work approach.

• Consistent availability for four hours each day.
