Sales Manager – Luxury Home & Garden Structures

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Executives in the West region to drive consistent and profitable sales growth.

• Manage regional sales budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs), including calls, site visits, and sales conversion, taking corrective measures when performance is lacking.

• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and channels to broaden the customer base.

• Work collaboratively with marketing on regional campaigns and lead generation efforts.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies as necessary.

• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior leadership.

• Continuously review and enhance the complete customer sales journey.

• Regularly engage in field activities: travel with your team, meet customers, and foster the trust that a remote structure necessitates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related area.

• 8 to 12 years of total sales experience, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years in a sales management or leadership role.

• Demonstrated experience in a senior sales management or leadership position, preferably with a background in manufacturing, construction, home improvement, or a similar considered purchase category.

• Experience in selling a luxury or premium brand within a B2C context.

• Proven track record of successfully leading and developing a remote or geographically dispersed sales team.

• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, showcasing confidence and credibility.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficient and comfortable using CRM and standard Microsoft/sales technology tools.

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively and consistently, including regular overnight trips.
