This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Oversee designated Chain Retailers, Non-Exclusive Direct Store Delivery clients, Grocery Wholesalers, and Broadliner Partnerships.
• Enhance sales, brand awareness, distribution, and retail execution for FIJI Water.
• Perform regular field visits to customer accounts.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Propel SKU expansion and increase distribution within current accounts.
• Create and present data-driven selling presentations utilizing business, category, and market insights.
• Lead and engage in customer and sales meetings.
• Communicate brand priorities, brand performance, and insights related to the category and market.
• Promote merchandising, assortment, pricing, and shelving goals.
• Sell additional displays, equipment, and promotional initiatives while ensuring compliance and execution at the store level.
• Assess and negotiate Customer Marketing Agreements.
• Analyze and relay data from Power BI, VIP, IDIG, IRI, and other syndicated sources.
• Transport, install, replace, and maintain point-of-sale materials and advertising.
• Collaborate with Retail Trade Execution, Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams.
• Report to the Sales Director – East Division.
• Manage territory responsibilities for Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the food and/or beverage industry, including experience in distributor and key account management.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience using syndicated data and analytics to create fact-based selling narratives and meet business goals.
• Familiarity with platforms such as IRI, Nielsen, Mintel, or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting data and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in sales planning and business management, including the assessment of post-event performance and applying insights to future customer programs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle several initiatives simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
