Sales Manager – ERP Solutions for Bakeries and Confectioneries

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Acquire new clients in the bakery and confectionery industry for POS, inventory management, and workforce management software.

• Perform needs assessments and create customized software solution proposals.

• Provide guidance to decision-makers and secure new contracts for the digitalization of inventory management, production planning, scheduling, branch operations, and workforce management.

• Showcase and demonstrate YUVENDA Group software solutions in-person, online, or at trade exhibitions.

• Prepare quotes, calculations, and contract documents in collaboration with sales management.

• Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Consulting teams to plan and execute customer onboarding.

• Keep abreast of market trends and competition to discover new opportunities in bakery software.

• Relevant professional experience or vocational training in the bakery or confectionery field.

• Demonstrated success in sales of software solutions, ideally in inventory management or POS systems.

• Enthusiasm for IT, digitalization, and enhancing commercial processes.

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for relationship building.

• Self-motivated with a well-organized working style.

• Committed team player who works well with colleagues.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings.

• Proficient in written and spoken German.
