This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.
• Lead and expand the Attribute product enterprise sales division throughout the EMEA region.
• Oversee a team of approximately 4–6 Enterprise Account Executives.
• Take ownership of regional revenue, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
• Drive the acquisition of new enterprise logos, enhancing market penetration and brand visibility.
• Develop and implement a regional go-to-market strategy aimed at Kubernetes-focused accounts.
• Maintain pipeline coverage and track conversion metrics across all sales phases.
• Conduct weekly pipeline inspections and deal reviews grounded in data analysis.
• Ensure the achievement of quarterly and annual targets.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and nurture Enterprise Account Executives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and ownership among the team.
• Provide coaching on deal strategy, qualification, negotiations, and closing techniques.
• Offer performance feedback and create development plans for team members.
• Manage CRM hygiene and analyze win rates, ACV, sales cycles, and pipeline velocity.
• Collaborate with RevOps on dashboards, KPIs, and reporting metrics.
• Enhance sales process efficiency and reduce time to close.
• Support complex enterprise deals, including pricing and negotiation strategies, as necessary.
• Personally engage in high-impact opportunities when required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading quota-carrying Enterprise Account Executives in a SaaS environment.
• Proven history of consistently meeting or surpassing team revenue goals.
• Demonstrated excellence in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance analytics.
• Strong experience in data-driven sales environments, with required proficiency in Salesforce.
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and DevOps environments.
• Capability to engage in technical infrastructure discussions with credibility.
• Strong business acumen and an ownership-driven mindset.
• Exceptional coaching abilities and leadership skills.
• Clear communicator with a strong executive presence.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly changing SaaS environment.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• Bonus: Experience in selling Kubernetes-related tools, observability, or cloud optimization solutions.
