Sales Manager – Digital Marketing, Web Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Create new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts.

• Identify and engage with business owners, marketing managers, and key decision-makers.

• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

• Conduct discovery calls to gain insights into client objectives and challenges.

• Showcase our digital marketing and web development offerings.

• Draft proposals and work alongside our delivery team.

• Negotiate commercial terms to finalize deals.

• Keep CRM records updated and manage sales forecasts.

• Foster long-term client relationships and explore upselling opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in B2B sales.

• Proven experience in selling digital marketing services, website development, branding, SEO, PPC, or similar digital offerings.

• Familiarity with selling Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or social media marketing services.

• Strong skills in outbound sales and lead generation.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to comprehend client business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Odoo, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or equivalent.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
