This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a team of Account Executives to drive annual recurring revenue.
• Generate over $2,500,000 in ARR through a disciplined, data-centric full sales cycle.
• Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy, establish team targets, manage pipeline coverage, and set performance benchmarks.
• Mentor and coach Account Executives in areas such as prospecting, discovery, objection handling, pitching, and contract negotiations.
• Supervise outreach efforts and lead qualification for both cold prospects and existing clients.
• Assist prospective clients during the discovery phase, provide tailored pitches, and facilitate contract negotiations.
• Set and uphold best practices for CRM hygiene, including maintaining accurate deal details, influencer associations, and qualification notes.
• Provide ARR forecasts bi-weekly at both individual representative and team levels, aiming for over 90% accuracy.
• Gather team feedback and convey industry trends and client requirements to product and partnership stakeholders.
• Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven history of surpassing quota.
• At least 2 years in a team lead, senior, or managerial role.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-achieving sales professionals.
• Extensive knowledge in managing complex, full-cycle sales processes.
• Proficient in CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce, including pipeline reporting and analytics at the team level.
• Proven success in building and scaling sales processes, developing playbooks, and creating training programs.
• Strong analytical skills to identify market trends, risks, and opportunities.
• High adaptability and poise in navigating organizational complexities and rapid changes.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization capabilities.
• Willingness to travel for industry conferences, client meetings, and team events as necessary.
• Expertise in consultative sales methodologies.
• Experience with call reviews, pipeline audits, and feedback mechanisms.
• Background in cross-functional collaboration with partnerships, marketing, and product teams.
