• Conduct virtual meetings with clients to review and clarify benefits.

• Assist families in accessing complimentary and additional programs.

• Foster relationships and provide ongoing support to clients.

• Organize and oversee appointment schedules.

• Operate within a structured framework designed to ensure success.

• Excellent communication skills and a comfort level speaking with clients via phone and Zoom.

• Comfortable engaging with families and union members to discuss benefits.

• High school diploma required.

• Proficient in using Zoom for virtual client interactions.

• Must be able to obtain an insurance license prior to the commencement of full training.

• Residing in the United States.

• Availability for meetings in the Eastern Time zone.

• Possesses a laptop suitable for remote work on Zoom.
