This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement the sales strategy for the Enterprise segment (3,000+ employees) across the West Coast of the United States.
• Foster revenue growth by expanding within the existing customer base and establishing new client relationships.
• Oversee the activities and outcomes of the sales team; provide sales activity reports and forecasts to the VP of Americas Sales.
• Relay market insights to the leadership team to shape product strategy and positioning.
• Hold regular one-on-one meetings with members of the sales team.
• Assist with client visits alongside sales representatives when required.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members in alignment with the company's values, growth, and business goals.
• Design new business campaigns across both horizontal and vertical markets to create opportunities with measurable ROI.
• Support, guide, and inspire local Account Executives during both new business and existing customer meetings.
• Create strategies for upselling, cross-selling, and obtaining references to enhance current customer relationships.
• Identify customer approvers, decision-makers, and influencers; develop strategies to reduce risk and boost deal confidence.
• Clearly articulate Pentera's unique value proposition at both technical and business levels.
• Ensure that the sales team is prepared, knowledgeable, and proficient in all selling situations.
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in managing a team of individual contributors within a cybersecurity vendor environment.
• Experience achieving growth and scale beyond $5M ARR within the region.
• A proven track record of surpassing annual team quotas and performance objectives.
• Background in scaling and managing enterprise and strategic sales teams within a specific region.
• Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles, including the coordination and direction of an extended team.
• Demonstrated contributions to growth strategies and lead generation initiatives as an executive leader.
• Strong experience in building and managing channel partner relationships throughout the West Coast US region (preferred).
• Naturally inquisitive, solution-oriented self-starter with a humble demeanor and high self-awareness.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to address complex problems and effectively articulate ideas and strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
