Sales Incentive Compensation Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of Workday data quality, which includes creating reports, maintaining Workday, and auditing bonuses.

• Regularly clean Workday files and conduct audits to address data quality gaps.

• Oversee the maintenance of the SIC eligibility database.

• Collaborate with People Ops to rectify errors.

• Prepare SIC HR files on a quarterly basis.

• Manage Fusion, the SIC tool, and liaise with an external vendor to oversee SIC programs.

• Approve purchase orders for Fusion and Oracle licenses.

• Assist in the auditing and testing of new plan documents and configuration implementations.

• Program targets and publish plans within Fusion.

• Follow up with over 1,500 participants for the acceptance of plan documents.

• Upload quarterly financial data into Fusion to facilitate SIC calculations.

• Audit the reporting capabilities within Fusion.

• Conduct quarterly system training sessions for all participants.

• Maintain Workday inputs into Fusion, including quarterly MOR rates, target leverage, and salary data.

• Oversee employee movements in Fusion, such as transfers, new hires, and departures.

• Generate ad-hoc reports as needed.

• Lead the KPI rating process for the Pole Sales team.

• Collaborate with Global Services Leadership to establish annual KPIs.

• Manage inputs for quarterly KPI templates in conjunction with Finance.

• Publish and monitor KPI templates.

• Ensure all necessary feedback is completed prior to closing claims or finalizing payout amounts.

• Conduct simulations and assist in constructing scenarios for discussions regarding design changes.

• Support SIC accrual reporting efforts.

• Manage data forms to ensure alignment with the current organizational structure.

• Coordinate the validation of financial and target data for quarterly SIC reporting.

• Prepare templates for SIC payment uploads.

• Process both internal and external global incentive payments through Workday, in collaboration with People Ops and local HR teams.

• Address any payment discrepancies that arise.

• Manage the SIC payroll calendar files.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Finance, HR, or Data Analytics.

• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within Human Resources or Total Rewards.

• Experience in creating agents for AI programs.

• Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is an advantage.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to document, plan, promote, and execute programs effectively.

• Proficient in extracting, transforming, interpreting, and manipulating intricate data and files.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to present complex data in a clear and comprehensible manner.

• Capacity to collaborate successfully with global SIC and Total Rewards teams.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
