Principal Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Indian Health Service Electronic Health Record Modernization Program (PATH EHR)

• Collaborate with GDIT Leadership, IHS, Oracle Health, and S&P associates

• Offer technical expertise regarding reporting and analytics products and their functionalities

• Transition legacy report functionalities to the new system capabilities, including reports, workflows, registries, and mpages

• Clarify report and analytic details, underlying logic, and platform or tool functionalities

• Aid users in adapting to functionalities through technical documentation and standard operating procedures

• Contribute to comprehensive data governance policies

• Ensure compliant, role-based access to sensitive analytics resources

• Collect reporting requirements

• Implement vendor technology roadmaps

• Guarantee standards integration within products

• Support compliance in health information management

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Over 8 years of experience in Healthcare IT reporting & analytics roles

• Current working knowledge of Oracle Health’s EHR suite

• Experience in managing multiple resources and complex projects

• Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a Public Trust Level 5 clearance

• Willingness to travel up to 25%

• Prior experience implementing Oracle Health’s solution suite (preferred)

• Experience supporting Federal EHR programs (preferred)
