Sales Freelancer – Restaurants and Local Shops

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Onboard new restaurants and local shops as partners for the NINJAS platform

• Identify and research potential restaurants and local shops

• Initiate outreach efforts through in-person visits, phone calls, and digital channels

• Showcase the NINJAS platform to prospective partners

• Understand and assess individual customer requirements

• Engage in and follow up on sales discussions

• Assist partners until successful contract execution

• Continuously expand and cultivate your sales territory

• Independently organize sales activities

• Maintain regular sales activities and achieve quantifiable outcomes

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the food service industry, retail, platform businesses, or SaaS

• Enjoy interacting with customers both in-person and over the phone

• Strong persuasive skills and a professional demeanor

• Proactive attitude with consistent follow-up

• Dependable and results-driven work approach

• Excellent proficiency in the German language

• An existing network in the food service or retail industry is beneficial but not mandatory

• A trade license is required only if opting for the self-employed sales model

• Employment can be structured either as a self-employed salesperson with a trade license or under a freelance service contract
