This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Act as the main liaison between customers and Farmax.
• Enhance assigned customer accounts by promoting sales growth and providing essential support for business development.
• Organize and execute training sessions for the sales teams of customers, enhancing portfolio knowledge and boosting sell-out.
• Evaluate customer performance, assess portfolios, and pinpoint opportunities for growth, profitability, and category development.
• Propel sell-in and encourage sell-out by tracking performance metrics, identifying gaps, and suggesting actionable plans.
• Ensure the Farmax strategy is effectively executed in the field, facilitating the proper application of positioning, pricing, promotions, and commercial priorities.
• Accompany customer sales teams in the field, nurturing the development of sales representatives and supervisors while supporting training and commercial execution initiatives.
• Compile commercial analyses, reports, and presentations to track results, investments, performance, and business prospects.
• Keep an eye on market trends, competitor activities, and regional indicators, conveying identified risks and opportunities internally.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing teams to create Joint Business Plans (JBPs), commercial strategies, and initiatives focused on accelerating sell-out.
• Execute commercial administrative tasks, overseeing orders, investments, internal processes, and resolving requests with assistance from support departments.
• Bachelor’s degree and a valid Category B driver's license, with willingness to travel.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with intermediate to advanced skills to analyze data and performance metrics and create reports and executive presentations.
• Understanding of financial mathematics, commercial indicators, and results management, including investment oversight and commercial processes.
• Experience in commercial roles with indirect channels, such as distributors, wholesalers, pharmaceuticals, grocery, and Cash & Carry, along with a foundational understanding of logistics and distribution.
• Preference for candidates with experience in training, workshops, and commercial development.
• Possess an analytical, organized, and methodical approach, with an emphasis on managing metrics and outcomes.
