Sales Executive – Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to potential clients regarding the most suitable career paths for their individual needs

• Achieve performance metrics and targets for developing, pursuing, nurturing, and finalizing leads

• Generate and pursue both inbound and outbound leads

• Cultivate relationships that transform customers into enrolled students

• Adhere to the Trusted Advisor sales methodology

• Monitor and uphold a sales pipeline while delivering precise sales forecasts to management

• Create new B2C business opportunities from existing leads

• Recognize areas for enhancement to nurture and convert leads within the current pipeline

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and marketing to achieve sales targets

• Assist prospective students in reaching career-focused outcomes

• Excel in a high call-volume setting while ensuring accuracy and professionalism

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher is preferred

• A minimum of 3 years’ sales experience is preferred

• Previous experience in outbound, inbound, or cold-calling

• Capability to nurture Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) through an admissions sales process

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com CRM

• Ability to build rapport with clients

• Exceptional phone presentation and communication skills

• Experience in the healthcare sector and/or healthcare sales is preferred

• A positive demeanor and responsiveness to coaching

• Ability to thrive in a high call-volume environment with a fast-paced selling cycle

• Extended periods of sitting at a desk, utilizing a computer, and engaging with customers
