Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Generate new leads and enhance the prospect portfolio through market research within the designated geographic area.

• Create new business opportunities and engage with potential clients face-to-face.

• Utilize various techniques for prospecting, focusing on new business development in collaboration with the Sales Director.

• Establish, nurture, and expand relationships with prospective customers through regional Jetfly affinity partnerships and personal networks.

• Maintain accurate and prompt documentation of sales interactions and opportunities in the sales CRM.

• Onboard new clients while proactively servicing and managing existing accounts.

• Communicate customer inquiries regarding contracts, invoicing, and demonstration flights between relevant stakeholders.

• Strategically resolve client issues.

• Collaborate with Sales Directors based in Europe and the Marketing team.

• Contribute to ongoing process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate from a Business school or possess equivalent qualifications in Sales, Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in English is required for the assigned market.

• Knowledge of Irish is a plus.

• A minimum of 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.

• Self-motivated and driven by results.

• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with the assigned territory is advantageous.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness to travel to industry trade shows, client events, and meetings with prospects/customers.

• Service-oriented, collaborative, and ambitious mindset.
