📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire sales process, from prospecting to discovery, demonstrations, solution design, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.

• Create and manage outbound sales initiatives, including account lists, sequences, and call schedules.

• Maintain a quota coverage ratio of 3–4 times.

• Conduct consultative discovery to identify operational challenges and convert them into measurable outcomes and ROI.

• Provide value-driven demonstrations that link platforms to time efficiency, revenue enhancement, and superior customer experiences.

• Develop and implement territory strategies, prioritizing accounts that fit the ideal customer profile.

• Foster relationships with owners, operators, and leaders in operations.

• Experiment with and refine outbound messaging, channels, and sales strategies.

• Leverage AI for research, call preparation, handling objections, follow-up documentation, and post-call summaries.

• Accurately forecast sales and keep Salesforce records organized and up to date.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales Leadership, and Onboarding teams.

• Uphold Granum's partner-first philosophy and brand values.

• Meet targets for new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), logo acquisition, pipeline development and coverage, stage conversion rates, sales velocity, forecasting accuracy, demo quality, and timely onboarding transitions.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying SaaS role within the SMB/mid-market sector.

• Proven history of acquiring new logos, including a substantial self-generated pipeline.

• Possess a hunter's mentality and a competitive spirit.

• Proficient in discovery, storytelling, negotiation, and presenting to owners and operators.

• Ability to thrive in a less structured environment while contributing to the development of the sales playbook.

• Strong process discipline and proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.

• Familiarity with contemporary sales tools.

• Hands-on experience with AI for writing, research, call preparation, or data analysis.

• Self-motivated, receptive to coaching, and inquisitive.

• Genuine interest in green-industry operations and the ability to quickly grasp domain-specific workflows.

• Must be based in North America.

• Authorized to work for any employer in Canada or the U.S. without the need for company sponsorship.
