This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Provide ongoing support for Sales education, readiness, reinforcement, and field execution following initial onboarding.
• Convert business priorities, process modifications, product updates, Sales strategies, and new tools into actionable education and guidance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Sales education and readiness initiatives for field sellers, leaders, and specialized Sales roles.
• Create educational materials, discussion guides, job aids, coaching resources, and field-ready tools.
• Reinforce selling behaviors specific to roles, expectations for dealer conversations, process execution, and the adoption of new tools and programs.
• Facilitate regional forums, sharing of best practices, and reinforcement activities.
• Ensure readiness for product launches, process updates, Sales strategies, pilots, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Develop reinforcement strategies, coaching guidelines, talking points, and role-specific instructions.
• Collect and disseminate field feedback to enhance clarity, adoption, positioning, and execution.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership, GTM Strategy, Product, Marketing, Analytics, Training & Development, and other teams.
• Work alongside subject matter experts and content owners to validate information and ensure resources are both accurate and practical.
• Partner with the Sales Enablement Content Specialist to identify content gaps and enhance the usability of Sales resources.
• Collaborate with Training & Development on learning standards, reinforcement strategies, and instructional methodologies.
• Utilize field feedback, engagement insights, and business requirements to enhance Sales education and readiness resources.
• Assess education and reinforcement initiatives, recommending enhancements that simplify the learner experience and boost field adoption.
• Adhere to company policies, processes, and legal regulations.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, Learning & Development, Marketing, or a similar field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Education, Sales Operations, Training & Development, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing Sales-facing, business-facing, or role-specific education and readiness resources.
• Excellent communication, writing, facilitation, organization, and project management abilities.
• Capability to distill complex business information into straightforward, actionable guidance.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% based on business requirements.
• Experience in supporting a field-based Sales organization.
• Skilled in creating job aids, discussion guides, reinforcement tools, Sales play support, or role-specific education materials.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, sales methodologies, or reinforcement techniques.
• Background in supporting product launches, go-to-market initiatives, pilots, or change management efforts.
• Familiarity with CRM, learning, enablement, or knowledge management systems.
• Degree must be obtained from an institution accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or an equivalent body.
• Must not require sponsorship now or in the future to work legally for Credit Acceptance, including H-1B, H-4, or F-1 OPT visa holders.
