This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Drive the growth of existing business across the Continental Europe region, with a focus on Professional Services Organisations and Not-for-Profit clients.
• Take ownership of the regional existing business strategy and implement it to surpass revenue goals.
• Lead, nurture, recruit, and expand a high-performing sales team within the region.
• Personally engage and close intricate, high-value, multistakeholder deals with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
• Serve as the regional commercial leader for PSO and NfP within Continental Europe.
• Ensure accountability for pipeline health, forecasting precision, and disciplined execution.
• Oversee existing business activities throughout the Continental Europe region.
• Provide market insights regarding PSO and NfP purchasing cycles, value-driven selling, and the competitive landscape.
• Mentor and cultivate the team through practical coaching.
• Collaborate effectively with presales, value engineering, marketing, partners, and customer success teams.
• Leverage market insights, analytics, and performance metrics to guide decisions and enhance outcomes.
• Advocate for transformation, innovation, agility, and ongoing improvement.
• Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing sales teams in cloud software / SaaS environments.
• Strong history of surpassing sales revenue targets and driving growth in competitive markets.
• In-depth knowledge of consultative, value-led selling techniques.
• Proven experience in engaging C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on, proactive leadership style.
• Experience in SaaS organizations, preferably within scale-ups or private equity-backed settings.
• Preferred experience in ERP and financials, particularly within mid-market, PSO, NfP, or related sectors.
• Solid understanding of CRM platforms and contemporary sales enablement tools.
• Knowledgeable in AI technologies.
• Customer-focused and collaborative mindset with a commitment to shared accountability across functions.
• Proficiency in business-level English is essential.
• Proficiency in German or French is a significant advantage.
