This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Engage directly with alliance and channel partners to cultivate and enhance opportunities within aligned accounts.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of aligned accounts and foster relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Proactively generate new sales pipeline.
• Secure new business from end-user clients.
• Retain and expand revenue from current accounts.
• Identify new growth opportunities and coordinate the sales process with specialists.
• Collaborate with alliance partners in joint selling initiatives.
• Ensure forecast accuracy to enable management to effectively plan for growth.
• Maintain a clear view of current and future quarter opportunities and forecasts.
• Manage North American Financial Services accounts.
• Expect to travel approximately 30-60% of the time.
• 10-15 years of experience selling into enterprise-level, multi-buyer, matrixed accounts with a proven track record of success.
• Experience collaborating with enterprise financial services firms.
• Ability to sell at senior levels while managing complex transformational deals.
• Exceptional relationship-building abilities.
• Strong background in new business sales with a clear record of success.
• Experience in a consultative sales environment and a solid understanding of complex solution sales cycles along with proven experience in successful solution selling.
• Demonstrated ability to sell to both business and IT influencers.
• Inquisitive and determined with a knack for uncovering new opportunities and maximizing account value.
• Credible at both executive and operational levels, capable of fostering long-term relationships.
• Comfortable managing a quota, with strong organizational and relationship management skills.
• Unwavering focus on results—pipeline generation, revenue, and profit—while being able to lead and motivate others within your ecosystem.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30-60% of the time.
