Sales Development Representative, B2B

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Conduct cold calls to Amazon brand owners using pre-qualified lead lists.

• Schedule qualified discovery calls for the sales team.

• Enhance show-up rates through regular, professional follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate tracking of all activities in the CRM and provide performance reports.

• Allocate approximately 90% of the day to outbound cold calling and 10% to managing inbound leads from paid campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or phone-based sales position, including cold calling.

• Familiarity with e-commerce, digital marketing, or Amazon FBA is advantageous.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Comfortable speaking on the phone, capable of addressing objections and securing meetings.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive.

• Proficient with Gmail, Slack, instantly.ai, and Pipedrive.

• Coachable, motivated, and accountable to daily KPIs.

• Must have some overlap in working hours with U.S. Eastern Time.
