Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls utilizing power/parallel dialing systems.

• Leave tailored voicemails and follow up with potential clients.

• Assess business owners and capital-group prospects for qualification.

• Arrange appointments with qualified leads.

• Establish and nurture long-term relationships through regular follow-ups.

• Elevate qualified opportunities to Account Executives or senior team members.

• Keep precise records of activities and lead statuses using Salesforce.

• Leverage omnichannel lead-generation and tracking systems to manage engagement with prospects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative, Appointment Setter, or in a similar outbound sales position.

• Familiarity with Salesforce.

• Proficient in using Dialpad or power/parallel dialing systems.

• Experience with omnichannel lead-generation and tracking systems.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Neutral English accent; a voice sample is required.

• Strong skills in prospecting, qualification, and building relationships.

• Self-driven with the capability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting.

• USB headset with noise-cancellation features.

• Functional webcam.

• Computer equipped with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and a minimum of 4GB RAM.

• Main internet service should have a speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection.

• Backup internet service should have a speed of at least 10 Mbps.

• Availability for the hours of 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST; flexibility for early, late, evening, and occasional Saturday shifts may be necessary.
