This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Engage with and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
• Identify new sales prospects and initiate outreach to schedule appointments for Account Executives.
• Effectively communicate Remote's value propositions while assessing prospects' needs to determine compatibility.
• Provide assistance to the Account Executive team as required.
• Educate and nurture prospects prior to transferring them to the sales teams.
• Develop targeted prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
• Conduct cold calls to prospects sourced from various external channels.
• Identify key stakeholders, research business requirements, and present tailored solutions to initiate the sales process.
• Report directly to the Sales Development Manager.
• Engage in various stages of the hiring process, including recruiter, manager, executive, Bar Raiser, mock call, async email exercise, and employment verification.
• Proven track record in business development through the effective use of essential sales tools (Familiarity with SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha).
• Prior experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to promote and sell ideas effectively.
• Outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written, along with excellent listening skills and a positive, energetic phone demeanor.
• Capable of strategic and tactical thinking.
• Ability to maintain a positive outlook in the face of criticism, rejection, or setbacks.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency in achieving goals and meeting key deliverables.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and brings innovative ideas to the team.
• Highly self-driven with a strong work ethic.
• Proven success in the responsibilities outlined above.
• Proficient in English.
• Native fluency in French.
• Experience with remote work is a plus, but not mandatory.
