This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Generate a qualified pipeline through organized, multichannel outreach to K-12 accounts, both existing and new.
• Work closely with the Sales team to identify priority accounts and key personas.
• Identify customer needs effectively.
• Transform interest into high-quality meetings and sales-accepted opportunities.
• Function within a consistent operating rhythm guided by management.
• Execute outbound and cold outreach using phone, email, and social media channels.
• Handle inbound leads efficiently.
• Tailor value propositions to the specific context of districts and buyers.
• Adhere to qualification scripts while customizing discovery processes.
• Record MEDDPICC data in the CRM to assist with AE stage transitions.
• Develop a pipeline for SaaS offerings in the K-12 and public-sector sectors.
• Demonstrated comfort with high-volume outbound and cold outreach via phone, email, and social media, alongside proficiency in managing inbound leads.
• Strong passion for K-12 outcomes and eagerness to understand the basics of public-sector purchasing.
• Consistent discipline in activity and effective time management to achieve goals.
• A coachable mindset characterized by persistence, curiosity, and the capacity to follow qualification scripts while adapting discovery techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that can personalize value for districts and buyers.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM, ensuring accurate data entry and task organization.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, customer service, business development, or equivalent educational background, coupled with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, or equivalent years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of persona-based messaging and capturing MEDDPICC data in CRM to support AE stage transitions.
• Experience in building pipelines for SaaS in the K-12 or public sector, with basic awareness of RFP processes.
• Proficiency with contemporary prospecting tools such as Salesloft, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Proven track record of surpassing meeting and sales-qualified opportunity targets, along with enhancing conversion rates through testing and iteration.
