This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Generate a qualified sales pipeline through organized, multichannel outreach to K-12 accounts, encompassing both existing and new clients.
• Work collaboratively with the Sales team to identify and target key accounts and personas.
• Identify and address customer needs.
• Transform interest into high-quality meetings and opportunities accepted by the sales team.
• Oversee outbound communications via phone, email, and social media.
• Manage incoming leads effectively.
• Adhere to a consistent operating rhythm led by management.
• Demonstrated comfort with high-volume outbound and cold outreach through phone, email, and social media channels.
• Familiarity with managing inbound leads.
• Strong passion for K-12 outcomes and a keen interest in understanding public-sector purchasing fundamentals.
• Consistent discipline in activity and time management to achieve goals.
• A coachable attitude paired with persistence, curiosity, and the ability to follow qualification scripts while adapting discovery techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM, with a focus on accurate data entry and task management.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, customer service, business development, or relevant education, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Understanding of persona-based messaging and the ability to capture MEDDPICC data in a CRM.
• Experience in creating pipeline for SaaS within the K-12 or public sector, including a basic understanding of RFP processes.
• Proficient in Salesloft, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Proven history of surpassing meeting and sales-qualified opportunity targets, as well as enhancing conversion rates through testing and refinement.
