This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia, +1 more country.
β’ Engage with and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
β’ Identify new sales prospects and initiate contact to schedule appointments for Account Executives.
β’ Effectively communicate Remote's value propositions while understanding the needs of prospects.
β’ Provide assistance to the Account Executive team when necessary.
β’ Educate and nurture prospects, facilitating their transition to the sales teams.
β’ Develop targeted prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
β’ Conduct cold calls to prospects sourced from various external channels.
β’ Identify key decision-makers, research business requirements, and present solutions to initiate the sales process.
β’ Report directly to the Manager of Outbound Sales Development.
β’ Demonstrated success in business development through effective utilization of essential sales tools (Experience with Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Chorus is advantageous).
β’ Background as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company.
β’ Proficient in skillful negotiation and persuasive promotion/selling of ideas.
β’ Outstanding oral and written communication, as well as listening abilities.
β’ Capable of strategic and tactical thinking.
β’ Ability to maintain a positive outlook in the face of criticism, rejection, or setbacks.
β’ Strong sense of urgency in achieving goals and meeting key deliverables.
β’ Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of introducing innovative ideas to the team.
β’ Highly self-driven with a strong work ethic.
β’ Proven success in the key areas of responsibility outlined.
β’ Fluent in spoken and written English.
β’ Strong understanding of automation, AI capabilities, and fluency in AI.
β’ Prior remote work experience is not mandatory but considered a plus.
β’ Successful completion of prior employment verification check.
